How do I select the Pickup and Delivery Location at my house?
Very simple. Please choose a spot that works best for you and send it to us on the inquiry form.
I'm never home. How do you get my clothes?
You place your bag of clothing at your designated location and either send us an email or give us a call and let us know there is a pick waiting.
Can I get laundry bags?
Yes, please let us know via email if you would like laundry bags. Each time we return an order we will supply you with another laundry bag. For an additional charge or $5 you may purchase a “Converta Bag” which serves as a laundry bag as well as a garment bag.
What if I have a problem with a garment?
Please call our office at 728-5995 and ask for Meagan. She will handle your call and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What days do you pick up?
We pick up on Mondays and Thursdays.
When will I get my garments back?
Garments picked up on Monday will be delivered back on Thursday. Garments picked up on Thursday will be delivered back on Monday. We do not do production over the weekend, in order to guarantee delivery back on Monday please note this in your pick up inquiry. Please allow additional time for households, tailoring and garments that require special attention.
Is there an extra charge for this service?
We offer complimentary cleaning to your home or office in the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village.
What if I need something sooner than the two-day turnaround?
A simple phone call or email request to the cleaner will handle any special request. All drycleaner and laundry is done on premises. If you would like your garment ready the same or next day please let us know. However surcharges may apply and you must pick up the garment at Telluride Eco Cleaners
Can I pay each time the driver delivers my clothes?
We prefer setting up our delivery customers on a House Account Charge Program. If you do prefer to pay our driver each time, please call in advance for your account balance and have a check already written out when our driver arrives.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We keep on file the credit card information and when the monthly statements are generated; your charges go directly onto your credit card. You will still receive a monthly statement showing your account activity and proof that the credit card was billed. You enjoy reduced check writing, and frequent flyer miles for enrolled cards.
Can I get alterations or repairs done?
Yes, please leave specific details of an alterations or repairs needed. Please allow about one week turn around for all alterations and repairs. |
